By using AIPM, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

What AIPM Is

AIPM is an open-source, terminal-based AI project manager distributed under the MIT License. It runs locally on your machine.

License

AIPM is licensed under the MIT License. The full license text is available at github.com/ComputelessComputer/aipm/blob/main/LICENSE. You are free to use, modify, and distribute AIPM in accordance with the MIT License.

Third-Party Services

• AIPM integrates with third-party services including Google APIs (Gmail, Calendar) and AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI).
• Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
• AIPM is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
• You are responsible for providing your own API keys and complying with the terms of the AI providers you use.

API Keys & Credentials

• AIPM requires API keys for AI functionality (Anthropic or OpenAI).
• You are responsible for securing your own API keys.
• AIPM stores API keys locally in its configuration directory on your machine.
• Do not share your API keys or AIPM configuration files containing them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• AIPM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that AIPM will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• AI-generated task suggestions and email filtering may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers of AIPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• This includes damages for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of AIPM.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the data you process through AIPM.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before acting on them.
• You must comply with all applicable laws when using AIPM.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time.
• Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
